FREE Airline Ticket
Many of you know about our Pueblo Escondido project…but what you don’t know is that we are selling between one and two properties per week…
…that may not seem like much but considering that we just started landscaping and construction of the project in December…it’s not bad. We are currently closing almost half of the people that see the project…and we still do not have a totally completed home (about half done).
Those of you who read our newsletters know that we have done a nearly total rehabilitation of the area itself, starting with the beach and three abandoned homes which were too close to the beach. We have worked with the local Playa Azul homeowners, the municipalities of Garabito and Jaco, to ensure that the cleanup was done within proper legal boundaries and with their approval.
We have no doubts that our project will be sold out this high season.
BUT…here is our quandary.
We are being pressured by local realtors in Jaco to let them sell our homes…because there is absolutely nothing like them at their price point anywhere on the central Pacific coast. And obviously realtors take commission for their work. And normal commissions fluctuate between 5 and 10% of the total price.
And, given the fact that we are selling about half of the people that see the project…well, you see our quandary.
We simply need to show a few more people the project to sell it out. So…here is our proposal…
If you have a serious interest in beach property…or you wish to examine Pueblo Escondido AFTER reading the website: www.azul-costarica.com and seeing the video: www.cr-home.com/azul/azul.html and would like to come down and see the project with a serious eye…here it is:
We will pay for your airline ticket (coach only, sorry) if you agree to see Pueblo Escondido AND you convince us that you are serious.
This is NOT predicated on your purchasing the property as so many others do (e.g., “fly and buy” type offers, for example) but you will receive the funds for your ticket whether you purchase or not…as long as you see Playa Azul and Pueblo Escondido…and this is not a canned tour…this is a personal tour with one of us and a presentation of everything as it is.
We are not HIGH SELL nor will we ever be.
Why are we doing this? … Pretty simple. If we have as high a closing ratio as we say (50%) and we don’t have to pay a real estate broker…we save a nice chunk of change.
SO… if you have ever wanted a beach property, but can’t quite justify a trip now…you have no more excuses. And we honestly feel that the area of Playa Azul is gorgeous…teeming with wildlife…and is probably the last authentic Tico beach community on the pacific coast of Costa Rica. And the homes and their location are stunning…and if you are lucky, you will see the macaws fly over!

p.s. you may be a little skeptical trusting us that your “funds” for your ticket will be here when you see the property… (and we don’t blame you…because this type of offer has never been made before, to our knowledge, in Costa Rica).
We will send you a copy of our attorney’s escrow account showing that your funds are there waiting for you (and if you want to talk to him , that’s OK too)

Breaking Ground
We have finally broken ground on our first home in Ventanas San Mateo! It is a two bedroom, two bath home of approximately 1400 sf and at present the foundation has been dug and the walls are now almost complete. Total construction time is estimated at two more months.
We anticipate starting on our second house within the next week or two...waiting on permission to put in a water line and a building permit. Things always take a little longer than anticipated!
Properties have also been marked and pads and trees will be cleared so that phase clear lots can be clearly seen and defined. Construction of the roads and pads themselves will not start until the end of rainy season.
Lanscaping and site preparation has gone fantastically and rainy season brings more color and more growth. Birds and the monkeys love it.
We have also sold one additional property which has an older Tico home on it...the owners plan to begin remodeling almost immediately. They will be living there full time and we plan to feature their experiences online here. Watch for it!
We also plan additional features in the very near future...so watch for them!
